Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years experience in high-volume bakery or pastry production
- Availability to work full-time shifts including early mornings
- Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Physical capability to perform bakery duties
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum three years experience in a high-volume bakery or pastry production environment
- Experience in hotel bakery preferred
- Knowledge of baking methods, ingredients and equipment
- Ability to follow standard recipes and maintain consistency
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts and full availability
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake breads, rolls, breakfast pastries and desserts according to standard recipes
- Prepare and bake all breakfast pastries, breads, rolls and some desserts for restaurants and banquets
- Maintain adequate supply of all prepared products and ensure proper storage and refrigeration
- Minimize spoilage and waste by ordering proper quantities and rotating products
- Support both AM and PM shifts with full availability
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in bakery operations
- Collaborate with culinary team to meet quality and production standards
