Job Duties
- Prepare Italian breads, pastries, puddings and other desserts from scratch following recipes
- Complete prep lists and efficiently manage station during shifts
- Portion baked products accurately and ensure quality plate presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
- Follow all food handling and sanitization standards
