Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in baking or pastry cooking
- Familiarity with recipe adherence and portion control
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
- Physical capability to stand for long hours and lift heavy items
- Effective communication skills in English
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Qualifications
- Love for cooking and attention to detail in consistency

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar baking or pastry role

- Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Prepare Italian breads, pastries, puddings and other desserts from scratch following recipes
- Complete prep list and efficiently run station during shifts
- Follow all specifications for food preparation and presentation
- Stock food supplies as needed
- Maintain clean and organized work station
- Adhere to sanitization and food handling standards
- Ensure consistent portioning and quality in all baked products
