Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant bakery or pastry experience
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Love for cooking and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare Italian breads, pastries, puddings and desserts from scratch following recipes to ensure consistent results
  • Complete prep list and efficiently manage station during shifts
  • Follow all food specifications and portion products accurately
  • Ensure plate presentation is appealing
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
  • Adhere to sanitization and food handling standards
  • Stock food items as needed
