- At least 1 year of relevant bakery or pastry experience
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards

Job Duties
- Prepare Italian breads, pastries, puddings and desserts from scratch following recipes to ensure consistent results
- Complete prep list and efficiently manage station during shifts
- Follow all food specifications and portion products accurately
- Ensure plate presentation is appealing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
- Adhere to sanitization and food handling standards
- Stock food items as needed
