Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • At least 1 year of relevant baking or pastry experience
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to following food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare Italian breads, pastries, puddings, and other desserts from scratch following the recipe to produce consistent results
  • Complete prep list, efficiently run station during the shift, follow all specs, and stock food as needed
  • Portion all baked products, follow recipes, and ensure excellent plate presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation according to sanitization standards
  • Follow all food handling and safety standards
