Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare Italian breads, pastries, puddings, and other desserts from scratch following the recipe to produce consistent results
- Complete prep list, efficiently run station during the shift, follow all specs, and stock food as needed
- Portion all baked products, follow recipes, and ensure excellent plate presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation according to sanitization standards
- Follow all food handling and safety standards
