Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant baking or pastry experience
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Love to cook and have an eye for detail when it comes to consistency
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in baking or pastry cooking
  • Good English communication skills
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and able to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Prepare delicious Italian breads, pastries, puddings and other desserts from scratch following recipe to produce consistent results
  • Complete prep list efficiently, run station during shifts, follow specs and stock food as needed
  • Portion products accurately and ensure appealing plate presentation
  • Maintain clean and organized workstation following sanitization and food handling standards
