Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant baking or pastry experience
- Ability to work weekends
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Love to cook and have an eye for detail when it comes to consistency
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- At least 1 year of experience in baking or pastry cooking
- Good English communication skills
- Comfortable standing for long periods and able to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Prepare delicious Italian breads, pastries, puddings and other desserts from scratch following recipe to produce consistent results
- Complete prep list efficiently, run station during shifts, follow specs and stock food as needed
- Portion products accurately and ensure appealing plate presentation
- Maintain clean and organized workstation following sanitization and food handling standards
