Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year relevant baking or pastry experience
- Ability to follow recipes and portion products accurately
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Capability to work in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Good English communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items

- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Familiarity with Italian culinary terms preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare Italian breads, pastries, puddings and other desserts from scratch following recipes
- Complete prep lists and efficiently run the station during shifts
- Portion all baked products accurately and ensure great plate presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Follow all sanitization and food handling standards
