Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a pastry cook or similar role preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and plating guides
  • Capability to organize and maintain workstations and equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment

  • Experience in pastry kitchen production
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and plating guides

Job Duties

  • Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of pastry kitchen production including all menu items supplied by outlet kitchen
  • Complete all mise en place to satisfaction of executive pastry chef and pastry sous chef
  • Follow established recipes and plating guide to exact specifications
  • Organize and maintain station and equipment in a neat and orderly fashion
  • Maintain and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Properly follow all kitchen processes and regulations
  • Communicate efficiently with internal customers including stewarding and service staff
