Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a pastry cook role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
- Capability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to follow established recipes and instructions
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties
- Plan and prepare all pastry kitchen menu items to exact specifications
- Complete all mise en place to meet the satisfaction of executive and sous pastry chefs
- Follow established recipes and precise plating guides
- Organize and maintain pastry station and equipment in a neat and orderly manner
- Communicate efficiently with stewarding and service staff
- Adhere strictly to state sanitation and health regulations
- Contribute positively to a professional and collaborative work environment
