Job Requirements

  • Previous bakery or pastry experience preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
  • Physical ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and maintenance

Job Duties

  • Plan pastry kitchen production and prep all menu items
  • Complete mise en place to satisfaction of executive chef and sous chef
  • Follow established recipes and plating guides precisely
  • Organize and maintain station and equipment neatly
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Communicate efficiently with internal customers
  • Support a positive work environment and team growth
