Job Requirements

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in pastry production
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and knives
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Capacity to work efficiently under pressure
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake pastries and desserts for dinner service
  • Create sauces and chocolate work as part of dessert preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry workstations
  • Follow safety guidelines and use kitchen equipment properly
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient service
  • Monitor inventory and assist with restocking supplies
  • Adapt to fast-paced kitchen environments and meet production deadlines
