Job Requirements

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees

Job Qualifications

  • Good communication skills
  • Health and safety knowledge relevant to kitchen operations

Job Duties

  • Prepare and create a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area including proper storage of supplies and cleaning of surfaces
  • Use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently such as ovens, mixers, and knives
  • Assist in menu development and recipe testing for new dessert offerings
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborate with culinary team to ensure timely and efficient production of pastry items
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and rotation
