Job Duties

  • prepare and produce a variety of desserts, petit fours, and breads in alignment with the restaurant's fine dining standards
  • execute precise plating of desserts according to the Pastry Chef's standards
  • maintain mise en place and ensure readiness for service, including preparation of sauces, garnishes, and decorative elements
  • ensure timely execution of all pastry items during service, maintaining composure and efficiency under pressure
  • maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards
  • practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
