Job Duties

  • Prepare and produce a variety of desserts, petit fours, and breads in alignment with the restaurant's fine dining standards
  • Execute precise plating of desserts according to the pastry chef's standards
  • Maintain mise en place and ensure readiness for service, including preparation of sauces, garnishes, and decorative elements
  • Ensure timely execution of all pastry items during service, maintaining composure and efficiency under pressure
  • Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards
  • Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
