- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in baking or pastry preparation preferred
- ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- capacity to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift and carry kitchen equipment
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitary standards

Job Duties
- Prepare all pastry products according to pastry standards
- assist higher-level bakers in daily tasks
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry station
- support kitchen team with food prep as needed
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- follow instructions and assignments given by the Chef
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment
