Job Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as pastry cook in a casual or fine dining restaurant
  • able to work single station in the kitchen
  • ability to stand for long periods of time
  • must have great communication skills
  • knowledge of kitchen hygiene and practices and occupational health and safety standards
  • available for AM and PM shifts
  • must have food handlers certifications

  • Preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to pastry standards
  • assist higher level bakers
  • maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
  • adhere to occupational health and safety standards
  • operate single kitchen station efficiently
  • support team during AM and PM shifts
  • perform other duties as assigned by chef
