Job Requirements

  • Able to work early morning shift, usually ranging from 3:00 am to 10:00 am
  • Minimum 2 years pastry experience
  • College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
  • Food and Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members
  • Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates
  • Read, write, speak and understand English
  • Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts
  • Assist experienced Pastry Chefs in daily kitchen activities
  • Ensure quality control and presentation of baked goods
  • Collaborate with team to develop new dessert recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
  • Work early morning shifts from 3:00 am to 10:00 am
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
