Job Requirements
- Able to work early morning shift, usually ranging from 3:00 am to 10:00 am
- Minimum 2 years pastry experience
- College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
- Food and Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members
- Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates
- Read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts
- Assist experienced Pastry Chefs in daily kitchen activities
- Ensure quality control and presentation of baked goods
- Collaborate with team to develop new dessert recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- Work early morning shifts from 3:00 am to 10:00 am
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
