Job Requirements
- Able to work the early morning shift usually ranging from 3:00am to 10:00am
- Minimum 2 years pastry experience
- College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
- Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates
- Read, write and speak and understand English
- Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them

Job Duties

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Manage inventory and ingredient stock for baking
- Experiment with flavors and recipes to enhance dessert offerings
- Ensure timely completion of baking tasks to meet service demands
