Job Requirements

  • Able to work the early morning shift usually ranging from 3:00am to 10:00am
  • Minimum 2 years pastry experience
  • College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
  • Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates
  • Read, write and speak and understand English
  • Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with pastry chefs to develop new dessert techniques
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Manage inventory and ingredient stock for baking
  • Experiment with flavors and recipes to enhance dessert offerings
  • Ensure timely completion of baking tasks to meet service demands
