Job Duties
- Prepare and execute pastries using recipe instructions, proper portioning methods, and pastry techniques and standards
- Respond to the Chef/Manager on duty
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation while preparing desserts
- Walk, kneel, bend, and reach frequently during shift
- Lift items up to 50 pounds to waist level and move or carry up to 80 pounds frequently
- Remain standing and active for 6-8 hour shifts
- Use cleaning agents safely
