Job Requirements
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and other employees
- Detect and identify safety issues and comply with safety guidelines
- Lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in pastry production preferred

- Basic understanding of baking techniques and dessert preparation

- Prepare pastry and dessert items including baking, sauce, and chocolate work
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

- Assist in stock inventory and restocking duties
