Job Requirements
- Experience in pastry making including laminated pastry production
- Ability to operate and maintain specialized pastry equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation, ServSafe, and safety protocols
- Ability to follow operational procedures and company standards
- Must be able to perform dishwashing and other kitchen duties
- Strong attention to detail
- Good manual dexterity
Job Qualifications
- Certification of culinary training or apprenticeship preferred
- Demonstrates adequate pastry skills and operations
- Experience in laminated pastry production
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Prepare pastries, desserts, cakes, cookies, sweets, and pies using classic pastry techniques
- Monitor and maintain specialized pastry equipment and tools
- Bake pastry items according to pre-established recipes
- Decorate pastries consistently in line with company standards
- Package pastry items following commissary guidelines
- Organize and maintain an inventory of prepped ingredients
- Support a clean and safe work environment meeting sanitation and safety requirements
- Perform dishwashing and other assigned kitchen duties
