Job Duties
- Bake pastries desserts cakes cookies sweets and pies using classic pastry techniques
- Monitor and maintain equipment and specialized pastry tools
- Prepare pastry items according to pre-established recipes
- Decorate pastries consistently following company style standards
- Manage organized inventory of prepped ingredients with proper labeling and storage
- Maintain a clean safe work environment meeting sanitation and ServSafe standards
- Support dishwashing and sanitation of kitchen tools
