Job Duties

  • Station set-up and breakdown
  • Prepping of desserts and garnishes
  • Plating up desserts
  • Plating cheese and salumi boards
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of pastry station
  • Collaborating with kitchen team to ensure timely service
  • Ensuring quality and consistency in all pastry items
