Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of professional pastry experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year of pastry experience in a professional kitchen or bakery
- Detail-oriented organized and focused on consistency
- Passionate about pastry technique and open to learning
- Comfortable in a fast-paced team-oriented kitchen
- Reliable punctual and able to take direction well
Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of pastries plated desserts breads and components according to standardized recipes
- Assist in menu development seasonal dessert features and daily prep
- Ensure consistency in quality presentation and portioning
- Maintain clean organized and well-stocked pastry and prep stations
- Follow food safety sanitation and allergen protocols at all times
- Work closely with the BOH team to support service and special events
