Job Duties
- Set up, run, and break down the charcuterie station each shift
- build charcuterie and cheese boards with clean, thoughtful presentation
- slice, portion, label, and rotate meats, cheeses, and accompaniments
- execute simple, pre-planned pastries and plated desserts
- maintain a clean, organized station and follow all food safety standards
