Job Duties

  • Set up, run, and break down the charcuterie station each shift
  • build charcuterie and cheese boards with clean, thoughtful presentation
  • slice, portion, label, and rotate meats, cheeses, and accompaniments
  • execute simple, pre-planned pastries and plated desserts
  • maintain a clean, organized station and follow all food safety standards
