Job Requirements
- Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in pastry production or baking
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- strong communication skills with guests and team members
- basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
- ability to follow recipes and work with precision
- experience in handling kitchen equipment such as ovens and mixers
- willingness to work morning to mid-afternoon shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of pastries and desserts for dinner service
- bake cakes, breads, and other baked goods
- perform sauce preparation and chocolate work
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry workstation
- comply with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- assist with inventory management and restocking of pastry supplies
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality dessert production
