Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous pastry cook experience preferred
- Ability to work morning to mid-afternoon shifts
- Effective communication skills
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to work in various temperatures
- Ability to use kitchen equipment safely
- Maintain a neat and hygienic workspace
- Comply with safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare pastries, desserts, and baking items for dinner service
- Work with chocolate and sauce preparations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station
- Follow safety guidelines and kitchen protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and communicate effectively
- Ensure quality control and consistency in dessert presentation
- Stock and restock inventory as needed
