Job Requirements
- Associate degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience
- Ability to read and write in English
- Food Handler's Card may be required
- Ability to perform advanced cooking techniques
- Ability to maintain kitchen sanitation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, holidays, and overtime
- Physical ability to lift up to and over 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions
- Commitment to safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of advanced cooking techniques and baking procedures
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Perform cooking procedures such as sauté, braising, wood fire grilling, frying, blanching, emulsifying, flat bread oven baking, poaching, and steaming in the outlet kitchen
- Perform baking procedures including baking, measuring, tempering, and proofing in the pastry kitchen
- Utilize advanced knife skills including roll cut, brunoise, and macedoine in food preparation and production
- Communicate timing with other stations to ensure coordinated meal delivery and accuracy in banquet orders
- Produce food items according to recipe cards and established plate presentations
- Clean and organize walk-in coolers, food production areas, equipment, and general kitchen areas
- Provide support to the front line following management guidelines
- Adhere to HACCP, OSHA, and sanitation guidelines
- Work competently at each station in the kitchen
- Perform other duties as assigned
