Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards
- assist the Executive Pastry Chef in pastry kitchen production
- maintain sanitation and proper kitchen equipment handling
- ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals
- set up and break down workstations
- monitor food quality and portion control during shifts
- follow company policies and safety procedures
