Job Duties

  • prepare and cook food according to recipes and presentation standards
  • prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing
  • use kitchen tools and appliances safely and properly
  • follow food safety and hygiene policies and procedures
  • check and ensure correct temperatures of appliances and food
  • wash and sanitize kitchen area
  • monitor food quality and portion control throughout shifts
  • comply with company policies including safety and report accidents or unsafe conditions
  • maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • communicate clearly and professionally
  • support team to achieve common goals
  • perform physical tasks including lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds
  • execute other reasonable duties as assigned
