Job Duties
- Prepare all pastry items
- maintain a high degree of cleanliness throughout the cooking area
- read and follow menus and recipes
- compute basic mathematical calculations
- work a flexible schedule
- understand and efficiently work allocated pastry stations
- handle banquet and restaurant plated desserts
- manage general bakery production
- demonstrate knowledge of at least two pastry stations
