- ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- basic math skills for recipe measurements

Job Duties
- prepare all pastry items
- maintain a high degree of cleanliness throughout the cooking area
- read and follow menus and recipes and compute basic mathematical calculations

- general bakery production with understanding of two stations
