Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Less than one year of relevant work experience
- Ability to follow hygiene and safety standards strictly
- Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Willingness to adhere to company policies, including safety and confidentiality policies
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work full time in person at the New Orleans location

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and food preparation checklists
- Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing them before use
- Use kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances safely and appropriately for measuring and baking
- Follow and ensure compliance with food handling safety policies, including personal hygiene procedures
- Check and verify the temperature of kitchen appliances and food, reporting any issues to management
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen area, set up and divide workstations, and adhere to hygiene and cleaning procedures
- Monitor the quality of food prepared and portions served throughout the work shift
- Comply with all company policies and safety procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- Participate in comprehensive safety trainings and certifications
- Maintain a neat and professional uniform and appearance
- Protect company proprietary information and assets
- Communicate clearly and professionally with others and answer phones using proper protocol
- Cultivate positive work relationships and support team objectives
- Follow quality expectations and standards
- Move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds unassisted
- Navigate sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces
- Stretch above the head and below the knees
- Stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
