Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Less than one year related experience
- Ability to safely handle kitchen equipment and tools
- Availability to work full-time onsite
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds independently
- Capacity to work on uneven slippery surfaces and maintain physical endurance
- Commitment to follow safety and sanitation policies
- Strong communication skills and professionalism

- Less than one year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality standards presentation and food preparation checklists
- Prepare ingredients by portioning chopping and storing before use
- Use kitchen tools appliances and ovens safely and appropriately
- Maintain food safety compliance including personal hygiene and sanitation procedures
- Monitor and report proper temperatures of kitchen equipment and food items
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas and follow hygiene cleaning procedures
- Ensure food quality and portion control throughout the shift
- Report accidents injuries and unsafe conditions to management
- Communicate professionally with team members and guests
- Support teamwork to achieve common goals
