Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Less than one year related experience
  • Ability to safely handle kitchen equipment and tools
  • Availability to work full-time onsite
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds independently
  • Capacity to work on uneven slippery surfaces and maintain physical endurance
  • Commitment to follow safety and sanitation policies
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED)
  • Less than one year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality standards presentation and food preparation checklists
  • Prepare ingredients by portioning chopping and storing before use
  • Use kitchen tools appliances and ovens safely and appropriately
  • Maintain food safety compliance including personal hygiene and sanitation procedures
  • Monitor and report proper temperatures of kitchen equipment and food items
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas and follow hygiene cleaning procedures
  • Ensure food quality and portion control throughout the shift
  • Report accidents injuries and unsafe conditions to management
  • Communicate professionally with team members and guests
  • Support teamwork to achieve common goals
