Job Requirements
- high school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
- less than 1 year of related work experience
- no supervisory experience
- ability to follow food safety handling policies
- ability to safely use kitchen equipment
- ability to communicate professionally
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
- willingness to work evening shifts
- commitment to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing
- use baking and measuring tools and equipment safely
- comply with food safety handling policies and personal hygiene procedures
- check and monitor temperatures of kitchen appliances and food
- wash and disinfect kitchen area and maintain sanitation
- monitor food quality and portions during shift
- set up and break down workstations
- follow company policies on safety, security, and appearance
- communicate clearly and professionally
- develop positive working relationships with team members
- perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and moving over varied surfaces
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
