- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
- Pre-portion, chop, and store ingredients before cooking
- Use kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances safely and appropriately to measure and bake
- Follow and ensure compliance with food safety policies and hygiene procedures
- Check and maintain correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food, reporting issues to management
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, set up and divide workstations, and follow cleaning procedures
- Monitor the quality of prepared food and served portions throughout the work shift
