Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Use baking and measuring tools, equipment, and appliances safely
- Follow food safety handling policies and personal hygiene procedures
- Maintain cleanliness by washing and disinfecting kitchen area and setting up workstations
- Monitor quality and portions of food served during shifts
- Report equipment and food temperature issues to management
