Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Less than 1 year related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • Ability to safely use kitchen equipment and tools
  • Must adhere to personal hygiene and food safety standards
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing food
  • Use baking and measuring tools and kitchen appliances safely
  • Follow food safety handling and personal hygiene procedures
  • Monitor food temperatures and report issues
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen area and workstations
  • Maintain compliance with sanitation and cleaning procedures
