Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation requirements
- Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing prior to use
- Use kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances safely and appropriately
- Follow and enforce food safety and hygiene procedures
- Monitor temperatures of cooking appliances and food, reporting issues to management
- Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, organize workstations, and comply with cleaning protocols
- Monitor food quality and portion control throughout shifts
