Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation requirements
  • Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing prior to use
  • Use kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances safely and appropriately
  • Follow and enforce food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Monitor temperatures of cooking appliances and food, reporting issues to management
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, organize workstations, and comply with cleaning protocols
  • Monitor food quality and portion control throughout shifts
