Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- culinary degree preferred
- minimum 1 year of pastry cooking experience
- knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- previous pastry cooking experience in a hotel or similar setting
- strong knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures
- ability to work independently on assigned stations
- good communication skills
- ability to follow recipes and standards precisely
- willingness to learn and take direction
Job Duties
- Prepare all pastry products as trained in accordance to Pastry Shop standards
- assist higher level bakers as needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry stations
- ensure quality control and presentation of all baked goods
- manage inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies
- collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff
- adhere to health and safety regulations
