Job Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of professional pastry kitchen experience
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
- Minimum 1 year of high production kitchen experience preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare all pastry products according to Pastry Shop standards
- Assist higher level bakers as needed
- Operate assigned kitchen stations independently
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team and management
- Adapt to fast-paced work environment with flexibility
- Perform basic cooking skills proficiently
