Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years of professional pastry kitchen experience
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • Minimum 1 year of high production kitchen experience preferred
  • Flexible schedule
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures
  • Ability to perform basic cooking skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare all pastry products according to Pastry Shop standards
  • Assist higher level bakers as needed
  • Operate assigned kitchen stations independently
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen team and management
  • Adapt to fast-paced work environment with flexibility
  • Perform basic cooking skills proficiently
