  • culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • must be able to perform all basic cooking skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare all pastry products according to Pastry Shop standards
  • assist higher level bakers with pastry preparation
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry workstations
  • ensure quality control and consistency in all pastry items
  • communicate effectively with team members and management
  • follow safety and hygiene regulations in the kitchen
  • participate in training and development as required
