Job Duties
- Prepare all pastry products according to Pastry Shop standards
- assist higher level bakers with pastry preparation
- maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry workstations
- ensure quality control and consistency in all pastry items
- communicate effectively with team members and management
- follow safety and hygiene regulations in the kitchen
- participate in training and development as required
