Job Duties
- Prepare bread items according to production schedules and banquet event orders
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
- Manage the pastry section within the hotel or resort kitchen
- Introduce innovative recipes to enhance the menu
- Develop and train team members to produce premium quality pastry products
- Ensure all pastry products meet Four Seasons quality standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate pastry preparation and delivery
