Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in pastry or baking
  • Ability to work early morning shifts
  • Physical ability to stand and work in a kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a pastry cook or in a similar role

Job Duties

  • Prepare bread items according to production schedules and banquet event orders
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
  • Manage the pastry section within the hotel or resort kitchen
  • Introduce innovative recipes to enhance the menu
  • Develop and train team members to produce premium quality pastry products
  • Ensure all pastry products meet Four Seasons quality standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate pastry preparation and delivery
