- Proven experience in pastry preparation and baking
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a pastry cook or similar position preferred
- Strong creativity and attention to detail in pastry decoration
- Ability to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent organizational and inventory management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Create, prepare, produce, and bake all baked goods for restaurants and banquets
- Decorate pastries with creativity and skill
- Maintain adequate supply of all prepared products and ensure proper storage and refrigeration
- Minimize spoilage and waste by ordering appropriate quantities and rotating products
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with sanitation standards at all times
- Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products
- Stock and maintain designated food stations
- Practice correct food handling and storage procedures
- Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
