- Less than 1-year related work experience
- No supervisory experience
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and procedures

- Ability to perform physical tasks required in the kitchen environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards
- Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Use baking and measuring tools and equipment safely and appropriately
- Follow food safety handling policies and personal hygiene procedures
- Monitor and report appliance and food temperatures to management
- Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, set up and break down workstations
- Monitor food quality and portions served during shift
- Follow company safety and security policies and report incidents
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Communicate clearly with team and guests
- Support team goals and comply with quality standards
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds and moving over various surfaces
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisors
