Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards and presentation guidelines
- Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping and storing before use
- Use kitchen tools, equipment and appliances safely and appropriately
- Follow and ensure compliance with food handling and personal hygiene policies
- Monitor appliance and food temperatures and report any issues to management
- Clean and sanitize kitchen area and organize workstations
- Maintain professional appearance and communicate clearly with team members
