Job Requirements

- prior pastry or culinary experience
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute banquet pastry production
- support pastry team in all tasks from preparation to presentation
- maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- work collaboratively with team members and chefs
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- manage time effectively to meet production deadlines
- assist in inventory management and ordering of pastry ingredients
