Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing
- safely use kitchen tools, appliances, and baking equipment
- follow food safety and personal hygiene protocols
- check and ensure correct temperatures of appliances and food
- clean and sanitize kitchen areas
- monitor food quality and portion sizes throughout shifts
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- communicate clearly and professionally with team and guests
- move and lift objects up to 25 pounds
- stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned
