Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
  • prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing
  • safely use kitchen tools, appliances, and baking equipment
  • follow food safety and personal hygiene protocols
  • check and ensure correct temperatures of appliances and food
  • clean and sanitize kitchen areas
  • monitor food quality and portion sizes throughout shifts
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management
  • maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • communicate clearly and professionally with team and guests
  • move and lift objects up to 25 pounds
  • stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
  • perform other reasonable duties as assigned
