Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • less than 1 year of related work experience
  • ability to follow safety procedures and hygiene protocols
  • physical ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
  • ability to stand walk and perform physical tasks for long periods
  • ability to work on uneven or slippery surfaces
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent certificate from a general educational development program
  • less than 1 year of related work experience
  • no supervisory experience required
  • no licenses or certifications required

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook food according to recipes quality standards and presentation checklist
  • prepare ingredients for cooking such as portioning chopping and storing
  • safely and properly use tools equipment and appliances to measure and bake and prepare baked meals
  • follow and ensure compliance with food handling safety policies including personal hygiene procedures
  • check and ensure correct temperature of kitchen appliances and food and report issues to management
  • wash and sanitize kitchen area set up and divide workstations and follow hygiene and cleaning procedures
  • monitor food quality and portion control throughout the shift
  • comply with company policies and procedures including safety report accidents injuries and unsafe conditions to management
  • maintain a clean and professional appearance and confidentiality
  • communicate clearly and professionally and answer phones using proper protocol
  • cultivate positive working relationships and support team goals
  • adhere to quality standards
  • move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing 25 pounds or less
  • navigate inclined uneven or slippery surfaces
  • stretch bend twist squat and stand walk or sit for extended periods
  • perform reasonable additional duties as requested by supervisors
