Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and food preparation checklists
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing before use
- Use kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances safely and appropriately for measuring, baking, and roasting meals
- Follow and ensure compliance with food handling safety policies and personal hygiene procedures
- Check and ensure correct cooking appliance and food temperatures and report any issues to management
- Wash and sanitize kitchen areas

- Monitor the quality of food prepared and portions served throughout the workday
- Comply with all company policies and safety procedures
